A big vision that needed to feel real
Sharon Valley is a planned smart city six kilometres from Zvishavane: fibre to every stand, solar lighting, CCTV, controlled access and prepaid metering. Buyers and institutional investors needed to see exactly where stand types sit on the plan, trust the developer, and get in touch without friction.
