KymaFlow: a delivery marketplace with escrow payments, live tracking and an iOS app

How we designed and built KymaFlow, a New Zealand delivery marketplace: customers post jobs, verified drivers bid, escrow protects payment, and every delivery is tracked live, on web and a native iOS app.

The challenge

Empty trucks on one side, stranded parcels on the other

Drivers run routes with spare capacity while people with a sofa, a pallet or a parcel struggle to find someone reliable to move it. Matching the two needs trust: verified drivers, fair pricing, protection if something goes wrong, and visibility while the item is on the road.

The brief

A marketplace people trust with their stuff

Let a customer post a job for free and get competing bids from drivers. Hold payment in escrow until the customer confirms delivery. Track every job live, capture photo proof at pickup and drop-off, and handle disputes inside the platform. Ship it as a website and a native iOS app.

What we built

A full product: marketplace logic, payments, tracking and a native app

Post a job, get bids

Customers describe the item and route; verified drivers bid, and the customer picks on price, rating and timing.

Escrow payments

Funds are held by the platform and released only when the customer confirms delivery, protecting both sides.

Live GPS tracking

Real-time location for every active job, so customers know where their item is without calling.

Photo proof

Drivers capture photos at pickup and delivery, creating a record that resolves most disputes before they start.

Dispute protection

A built-in dispute flow with evidence from the job timeline, so problems are settled in the app.

Native iOS app

A published App Store app for drivers and customers, with push notifications for bids, pickups and deliveries.

The outcome

Drivers fill empty space with paid loads; customers get verified, tracked, protected deliveries, from a website and an app we designed, built and shipped.
