This Privacy Policy explains how Outsourcespot Zimbabwe collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit our website, contact us or use our services.
Who we are

What personal data we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our services:
- Contact and enquiry data – name, email address, phone number, company name and the message you send through our contact or discovery-call forms.
- Project data – information you share with us during an engagement, including access credentials you grant to systems we integrate. These are handled under the terms of your service agreement.
- Usage data – pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, collected through analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
- Newsletter data – your email address if you subscribe to updates.
How we use your data
We use personal data to reply to enquiries and schedule discovery calls, deliver and support the services you contract from us, send updates you have opted in to, improve our website and understand how it is used, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Legal basis and your consent
We process data on the basis of your consent (when you submit a form or subscribe), the performance of a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. We process personal data in line with the Zimbabwe Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07] and, where applicable to clients outside Zimbabwe, the data-protection law of your jurisdiction.
Who we share your data with
We share data only with service providers who help us operate: our web host (Hostinger), email and form-delivery providers, analytics providers (Google Analytics via Site Kit), and the automation and AI platforms we use to deliver a client project (for example Zapier, n8n, OpenAI, Anthropic, HubSpot, Salesforce or Slack) when you have engaged us to work with those tools. Each provider is bound to protect your data. We may also disclose data where required by law.
International transfers
Some of our providers store data outside Zimbabwe, including in the European Union and the United States. Where this happens we rely on the provider’s contractual data-protection commitments.
How long we retain your data
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Client project data is kept for the duration of the engagement plus the period required for accounting and legal purposes (normally six years). Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics provider. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Security
We use HTTPS across the site, least-privilege access to client systems, and documented access controls for every integration we build. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will notify you of any breach affecting it as required by law.
What rights you have over your data
You can ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, or to provide it to you in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time and unsubscribe from any email using the link in the message. To exercise any right, email info@outsourcespot.tech. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ), the data-protection authority in Zimbabwe.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
